Support Worker Role
We are looking for:
- People who will both take the initiative and work closely with colleagues who have a positive approach in line with the organisation’s values;
- People who will also provide personal assistance to people who require it; this includes personal care including practical help to wash, bathe, and cook meals and complete domestic tasks;
- People who can work creatively with people in an organisation that emphasises a team approach to work within a risk management framework;
The right candidate will be hard-working, non-judgmental, diligent, positive, caring, supportive and enthusiastic. You will require patience and commitment and the life experience to manage a varied range of circumstances and individual needs.
