Staff Induction Accreditation 

Resolve are committed to providing extraordinary care to the people we support. The foundation of this is based on a comprehensive ‘Staff Induction Programme’ which includes:

• Induction to the environment and ways of working
• Training
• Developing staff skills to implement individual care plans and risk assessments
• Developing skills to undertake tasks and activities relating to staffs’ role and responsibilities
• Regular supervision, guidance and feedback
• Future planning for those who successfully complete Resolve’s Induction Programme

A comprehensive Induction enables staff to feel confident and have a sense of belonging and connection with Resolve. In doing so staff are able to provide safe, individual effective care to the people we provide services to.
