Ho Ho Ho…. I Smell Mince Pies!

There is something very British about a Traditional Sweet Mince Pie.

One of our lovely staff members, Elizabeth helped create some home-made sweet mince pies.

Assisting our Gentlemen to mix dried fruit and spices, we created these delightful treats for afternoon snacks and tea.

Meanwhile, Anne Graham created a storm in the kitchen, making this delicious Christmas fruit cake.  I can confirm it was scrumptious!
